Position: Consultant Urologist

Employment Type: Visiting Consultant / On-Call (Revenue Sharing Basis)

Life Care Polyclinic & Homecare Services is a multidisciplinary healthcare center committed to providing comprehensive, ethical, and patient-centric healthcare services. We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Consultant Urologist to provide outpatient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical referrals for patients with urological disorders.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct OPD consultations for patients with urological conditions.
- Diagnose and manage diseases affecting the urinary tract and reproductive system.
- Evaluate and treat conditions such as:
- Kidney stones
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Enlarged prostate (BPH)
- Urinary incontinence
- infertility
- Erectile dysfunction
- Hematuria
- Bladder disorders
- Urological cancers
- Congenital urological disorders
- Prescribe appropriate medications, investigations, and treatment plans.
- Interpret laboratory reports, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and other diagnostic investigations relevant to urological care.
- Counsel patients regarding medical and surgical treatment options.
- Refer patients requiring operative intervention to appropriate hospitals and coordinate peri-operative care.
- Coordinate with General Physicians and other specialists for multidisciplinary patient management.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential medical records.
- Follow evidence-based clinical practices and maintain the highest standards of patient care.
- Participate in health awareness programs, medical camps,



and educational initiatives organized by the clinic, whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBBS with MS/DNB (General Surgery) and M.Ch./DNB (Urology/Genito-Urinary Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) / State Medical Council.
- Minimum 1–3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
- Freshly qualified specialists with excellent academic credentials may also apply.
- Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Compensation

- Revenue Sharing Basis as mutually agreed between the Consultant and Life Care Polyclinic & Homecare Services.
- Payment shall be based on the agreed percentage of qualified fees generated from consultations, procedures, diagnostic services, and follow-up visits.
- No fixed salary, retainer,



or employment benefits shall be provided unless separately agreed in writing.

Working Schedule

- Flexible visiting hours as per mutually agreed OPD schedule.
- On-call availability for patient consultations, where mutually agreed.

- Updated Resume/Curriculum Vitae.
- MBBS Degree Certificate.
- MS/DNB (General Surgery) Certificate.
- M.Ch./DNB (Urology) Certificate.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration Certificate.
- Aadhaar Card/PAN Card.
- Recent Passport-size Photograph.
- Experience Certificates (if applicable).

Professional Conduct

The Consultant Urologist shall:

- Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
- Adhere to all applicable medical ethics, statutory regulations, and clinic policies.
- Provide timely, ethical, and evidence-based medical care.
- Treat patients and staff with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
- Immediately report any medico-legal case to the clinic administration in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation for every consultation.

Nature of Engagement

This engagement is purely on a Consultancy and Revenue Sharing Basis and shall not create an employer-employee relationship. The Consultant shall function as an independent medical professional and shall comply with all applicable statutory, professional, taxation, and regulatory obligations while associated with Life Care Polyclinic & Homecare Services.

Pay: ₹45,733.47 - ₹81,432.07 per month
