Job Title: Senior Executive – Clinician Success Management

Role Overview

The Senior Executive – Clinician Success is a On field role responsible for market mapping ,doctor scouting and clinician network expansion across assigned geographies For Narayana Clinics. The role requires frequent travel across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare ecosystems to identify eligible prospects.

The Candidate will drive specialty-wise market intelligence, competition mapping, and strategic onboarding of clinicians, while ensuring meaningful interactions with doctors in the market to create active pipeline for existing and upcoming clinics.

Key Responsibilities

Market Mapping & Competition Analysis

Conduct detailed mapping of hospitals, clinics, and consultants across geographies

Analyze competitor presence, specialty coverage, and consultation trends

Identify gaps and recommend strategies for specialty expansion and onboarding

Doctor Scouting & Network Development

Identify and propose qualified clinicians across specialties based on business needs





Build and maintain a strong pipeline of doctors through continuous field engagement

Reporting & Insights

Maintain updated records of market intelligence and doctor database

Share regular reports and actionable insights

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

1–4 years of experience in Pharma Marketing / Hospital Marketing / Healthcare Business Development

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Healthcare Management / Life Sciences/ Bsc)

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Solid networking and relationship-building skills with doctors and healthcare professionals

Good understanding of local healthcare market and competitor landscape

Ability to work independently in a field-driven role with high travel requirements

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel across assigned locations

Two-wheeler / own mode of transport preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
