We're a fast-growing US direct-to-consumer health and wellness brand looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance creative. You'll own the ad-creative engine end to end — from new angles and hooks, to briefing our videographer, to buying media and reading what's actually working. This is a remote role. If you're obsessed with short-form video, AI creative tools, and squeezing better ROAS out of every test, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Develop new creative angles, hooks, and testing hypotheses week over week
- Plan, launch, monitor, scale, and kill Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Brief and collaborate daily with our videographer to produce scroll-stopping video ads
- Create and edit short-form video content
- Use AI tools (image, video, and copy generation) to produce and iterate creatives at speed
- Research competitor ads, viral trends, and new formats before they saturate
- Analyze creative performance (ROAS/CPA) and turn insights into the next round of tests
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in creative strategy and/or Meta media buying for DTC/e-commerce
- Hands-on experience creating or editing short-form video ads
- Strong command of AI creative tools (this is critical to us)
- Data-driven, self-directed, and rapid-moving
Nice to Have
- Experience in health, supplements, or wellness
- A portfolio of winning ad creatives

- Remote (India), full-time
