About the Role

We are hiring an experienced VICIdial Developer & Dialer Operations Specialist to build, customize, manage, and maintain our call cente dialer infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with VICIdial, Asterisk, Linux servers, SIP/VoIP systems, and call center operations.

This role requires both technical development and day-to-day dialer operations management, including setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

Key ResponsibilitiesVICIdial & Dialer Management

- Install, configure, and maintain VICIdial and Asterisk environments
- Configure inbound/outbound campaigns, SIP trunks, DID routing, and carrier routing
- Develop custom dialplans, AGI scripts, APIs, and CRM integrations
- Configure predictive, preview, and manual dialing modes
- Set up remote agents and multi-server architectures when required
- Customize reports, dashboards, and automated reporting systems

Server & Infrastructure

- Manage Linux servers
- Monitor uptime, performance, call quality, backups,



and failover systems
- Handle database optimization, firewall configuration, and security hardening

Operations & Support

- Monitor daily dialer operations and campaign performance
- Troubleshoot call quality, connectivity, and real-time operational issues
- Support call center agents and supervisors
- Ensure system stability and telecom compliance

Reporting & Analytics

- Monitor ASR, ACD, CPS, and other dialing metrics
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of hands-on VICIdial experience
- Experience building dialers from scratch
- Strong knowledge of:
- VICIdial & Asterisk PBX
- Linux server administration
- SIP, VoIP, and telecom routing
- MySQL/MariaDB
- Shell/Bash scripting
- Apache/Nginx
- API integrations
- Firewall & security configuration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
