Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Fitter who can perform fabrication, fitting, assembly, and installation activities as per engineering drawings and project requirements. The candidate should have good knowledge of fabrication work, tools handling, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and understand engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and layouts.
- Perform fitting, marking, cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembly work.
- Carry out fabrication activities for structural and mechanical components.
- Perform fit-up work before welding.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, drilling machines, and other fabrication equipment.
- Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and tolerances as per drawings.
- Support welders during fabrication activities.
- Perform installation and assembly work at site whenever required.
- Maintain workplace safety and follow company safety procedures.
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of fabrication and fitting processes.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.




- Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, measuring tape, spirit level, etc.).
- Experience in MS, SS, and structural fabrication work.
- Knowledge of welding preparation and fit-up.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attention to detail and quality.

Educational Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fabrication Trade preferred.
- Relevant fabrication fitting experience will be considered.

Experience:

- Experience in industrial fabrication, machinery manufacturing, EPC projects, or heavy engineering industries preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to perform physical fabrication work.
- Willingness to work overtime/site work when required.
- Ability to handle industrial tools and equipment safely.

Salary:

As per candidate's experience and skills.

Job Type: Full-time
