- Assist in basic food preparation such as cutting, chopping, peeling, and cleaning ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team in preparing South Indian items like dosa batter, idli preparation, chutneys, and sambhar.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow instructions from Commi 1, Commi 2, and senior chefs.
- Help in washing utensils and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries
