Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, run paid ad campaigns, and drive local customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media content, basic video editing, Meta Ads, and local SEO optimization.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days of work from our office and 3 days of remote work (WFH) per week. Candidates residing in or near Seawoods or Nerul are strongly preferred for an easy commute.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish engaging daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.
- Video Content Creation: Produce, edit, and publish 1 professional video post daily/regularly (Reels, Shorts, or promotional videos).
- SEO Audit & Optimization: Conduct basic website SEO audits, identify technical/content improvements, and execute on-page SEO strategies.
- Paid Advertising (Meta Ads): Create, launch,



and manage paid ad campaigns on Instagram and Facebook to generate quality leads.
- Google Business Profile (GMB): Manage local business listings, post updates, optimize for local searches, and run GMB promotional strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of active experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Performance Marketing.
- Design & Video Tools: Proficiency in tools like Canva and basic video editing software (CapCut or similar).
- Ad Management: Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram ads setup, targeting, and monitoring).
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical/on-page SEO and Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization.
- Location: Must be based in Navi Mumbai (Seawoods / Nerul preferred).
