Quality Engineer

Location: Silvassa
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, and process improvement, with strong knowledge of quality tools and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as 7 QC Tools and 5 Why.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company quality procedures.
- Support internal and external quality audits.




- Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection instruments.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, quality documentation, and inspection procedures.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
