· Candidate should have positive of excel Knowledge. Proficiency in English
· Lead correspondences with customers on multiple channels – phone, email, live chat/Whatsapp.
- Locate products, check stock availability, arrange collection/ delivery and process exchanges. ·
- Handle complaints, promotion enquiries, product information enquiries, pricing enquiries, voucher use, gift registry etc ·
- Facilitate root-cause investigation, providing status updates, follow-through on corrective actions and any other customer queries.
- Assist on membership requests or queries, for example, but not limited to helping customers reset passwords, activate accounts, update details and answer members' queries. ·
- Ensure that both an appropriate and adequate investigation takes place in all cases.
This includes recording all communications and details of actions taken between the various parties and all information taken into consideration. ·
- Must approach all matters in a non-based and professional manner.
- Knowledge of Sales Order management and Invoicing in order to quickly relate to customers on their orders
- Good Knowledge of MS EXCEL like as (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
