Job Description-Store Manager (Apparel Retail)

Report to operations head- Operation head
Location: MANALI (Accommodation provided by the company)
Job Summary
The store Manager is responsible for the overall management of the store operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading the store team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standard to achieve business objectives.
1. Floor Operations Management
2. Visual Merchandising
3. Billing & Cash Management
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring
6. Customer Complaint Resolution
7. Loss Prevention & Shrinking Control
8. Knowledge of all KPIs
Salary: 30k-40k plus incentive
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
