Key Responsibilities:

- Perform precise quantity take-offs from project/tender drawings and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates for infrastructure piping projects using industry standards (CESEMM/POMI).
- Gather details through site visits, RFQs, and tender document reviews to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes and ensure cost-efficiency through value engineering.
- Stay updated on pricing trends and maintain a cost database.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Analyze bid results to improve estimating and bidding strategies.
- Knowledge about tendering/ contractual terms and conditions.
- Estimation experience in Candy software is an advantage.

Qualification & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering / Quantity survey.
- At least 7 years of experience in construction cost estimating in the UAE market in infrastructure development projects.
- Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in using MS office and Candy software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be open to relocation to Kochi

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
