Scrum Master (F/M/D)

Your tasks

Be active in the role of Scrum Master in at least one of the diverse IT teams

Support the introduction and application of Scrum and other agile methods

Facilitate Scrum events, workshops and training sessions

Develop the agile mindset at our customers together with all Scrum Masters

What you bring to the table

You have a completed IT education or a degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualifications through relevant practical experience

Experience as a Scrum Master and/or experience in coaching, mediation or moderation

Enthusiasm for agile ways of thinking and working and corresponding methodological knowledge

Good communication and moderation skills

Interest in continuous development in the use of agile ways of thinking and working

Business fluent in German and English

Agile mindset, ability to empathize, and strong team spirit
