- Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and procurement operations
- Ensure timely material availability and inventory management
- Drive cost reduction and procurement efficiency initiatives
- Manage ERP-based purchasing processes and reporting
- Lead and mentor the purchase team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce (MBA preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing / fasteners industry preferred
- Robust negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes
