Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns over voice calls.
- Provide accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by following company standards.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills.
