Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities and potential customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Promote company products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Customer Service Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and communication history in the system.




- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to gather feedback and improve service quality.
- Build long-term relationships through excellent after-sales support.

Coordination & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer communications and transactions.
- Support management with customer insights and sales forecasts.
- Maintain adherence to company policies and customer service standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,500.07 - ₹25,151.55 per month
