DreamChild Garbh Sanskar is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, training, employee relations and performance management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-focused and analytical, capable of building strong systems and supporting a positive work culture.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in HR operations, recruitment,



training & employee engagement
- Strong analytical skills for attendance, performance, productivity and HR data
- Ability to design SOPs, policies and performance evaluation systems
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS, onboarding processes & compliance
- Robust communication, people-handling & conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to identify trends in employee performance & plan improvement strategies
- Experience in retention planning, cultural activities & motivation programs
