Junior Advocate (Real Estate & Non-Litigation)

Location: Malleshwaram, Bengaluru (In-Office) Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Advocate specializing in Non-Litigation, Real Estate, and Revenue Land matters. This role is ideal for a legal professional with a strong grasp of land documentation and a desire to support senior counsel in complex property transactions and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Document Review: Analyze and vet land documents, title deeds, and revenue records.
- Process Management: Prepare comprehensive checklists for due diligence and manage the end-to-end registration process.
- File Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital case files to ensure seamless retrieval and tracking.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between the internal legal team, Panel Advocates, and the Procurement team.
- Drafting:



Assist senior advocates in drafting sale agreements, deeds, and legal opinions related to real estate.

Mandatory Requirements

- Language: Full professional proficiency in Kannada (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Subject Matter: Solid understanding of Karnataka Land Revenue laws and real estate documentation.
- Work Mode: Must be willing to work from the office full time (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
- Experience: Previous experience or internship focus in non-litigation/property law is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Education & Certification

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
- Member of the Bar Council (or eligible for membership).
