Job Overview

We are seeking and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to contribute to our international MEP & Lighting Design projects. This role involves Revit Modeling, Lighting Layout Development, Photometric Calculations, and BIM Coordination. You will collaborate closely with global Architects, Developers, Lighting Designers and Interior Designers to deliver world-class documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- BIM & Revit Management: Develop and manage Revit models for MEP & Lighting Design projects (including sheet setup, model linking, visibility graphics, and view template settings).
- Drafting & Modeling: Execute precise modeling and drafting based on client markups and redlines.
- Lighting Design: Create detailed lighting layouts for both wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted fixtures.
- Photometric Analysis:



Perform robust photometric calculations using DiaLUX and AGi32; source and verify accurate IES files based on client-provided cut sheets.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs align with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant local codes.
- Global Coordination: Seamlessly collaborate with internal teams and international clients to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu.
- Hands-on experience with DiaLUX / AGi32 is must.
- Solid understanding of MEP & Lighting Layouts and drafting standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineer.
- Experience working on US-based projects is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of MEP Designing and Modelling is must.
- Diploma Holder with strong MEP knowledge and experience can also apply.

IT & WFH Requirements

To succeed in the remote setup, you must have:

- Hardware: A personal laptop/desktop with a minimum of 16 GB RAM (a dedicated graphics card and dual-monitor setup are highly beneficial).
- Infrastructure: A stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace during shift hours.
- Peripherals: A functional webcam and headphones for daily meetings and collaboration.
- Software:



Basic familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and the ability to manage standard software installations.
