Brief Description: The Purchase Manager will serve as a senior leader in the organization and will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the purchase and store functions across all plants of Noida & Greater Noida.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implementation of overall sourcing strategy for our Plants in Noida & Gr Noida.
- Setting goals for inventory management.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for raw materials
- Oversee day-to-day supplier performance in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Environmental.
- Forecasting and formulating Budget, setting Procurement Targets and adherence of operational budget.
- Lead,



train and support Purchase and Store executives and assistants.
- Support the Operation teams by contributing recent sourcing ideas and feasible solutions.

Qualification: B Tech Mechanical. Preference will be given to MBA (Materials Management)

Experience:

- Proven experience of 10+ years in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Material Management (of B2B or Automotive Sector)
- Must have experience in working in mid to large B2B sector.
- Good negotiation skills in building and maintaining relationships with Suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
