Job Role: SITE ENGINEER

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Civil Engineer to join our team and oversee on-site project activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and competence in technical coordination, contracts, planning, tendering, costing, structural works, piling, and core civil execution. The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution, quality compliance, and timely completion of works.

Location: Kadavanthra, Ernakulam (Site-Based)

Project Focus: Piling, Structural Works & Core Civil Execution

Experience Required: 0–5 Years

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision of piling and structural works
- Coordination with contractors, consultants, and site teams
- Monitoring daily progress and maintaining site records
- Ensuring quality control and safety compliance
- Assisting in planning, costing, and technical documentation

Ideal Candidate Profile:





- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Robust interest and hands-on experience in structural & foundation works
- Exposure to technical documentation, contracts, planning & tendering is preferred
- Auto CAD proficiency-preferred
- Flexibility to align working hours with site and project requirements
- Preference for candidates residing near the site location
- Valid driver’s license preferred; willingness to travel for site visits and project coordination
- Good communication skills and strong work discipline
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, project tracking, documentation, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
