Shift Timing:

Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM / 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (US Shift)

Working Days:

Monday to Friday

Experience Required:Candidates must have a minimum 1 - 3+years of experience in US IT Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements.

Work with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain candidate databases and follow up on submissions.

Understand client requirements and match suitable candidates.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients.

Eligibility:

Any Degree (UG/PG)

Excellent English communication skills

Basic knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment process preferred

Ability to work in the US night shift

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
