Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Oil & Gas Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in hiring technical professionals for Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial projects. The ideal candidate should possess robust sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, referrals, databases, headhunting, and social media platforms.
- Recruit technical professionals for Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Petrochemical, Power, Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure projects.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and behavioural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for niche technical positions.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT and quality standards.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS/Excel.




- Build long-term relationships with candidates for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Meet individual hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Renewable Energy.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and headhunting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of technical engineering roles and project-based hiring.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tracking.
