Assistant Accounts Manager – Hospitality

Job Summary

Pushpam Hospitality is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accounts Manager to support the Finance Department in managing daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, vendor payments, and financial controls. Candidates with experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Verify bills, invoices, and purchase entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow reports.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis for management.




- Monitor inventory and cost control in coordination with Stores and Purchase.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist the Accounts Manager in improving financial processes and internal controls.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred.
✔ 3–6 years of accounting experience in the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry.
✔ Good knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
✔ Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office.
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
