Job Summary

The Archery Coach is responsible for planning and delivering a structured archery program that develops students' technical skills, physical fitness, discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship. The coach will ensure a safe training environment, maintain equipment, and prepare students for inter-school, district, state, and national competitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct archery coaching sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach proper shooting techniques, including stance, grip, aiming, draw, release, and follow-through.
- Ensure strict compliance with archery safety rules and range protocols.
- Develop annual, monthly, and weekly training plans.
- Assess students' performance and provide individual coaching and feedback.
- Identify talented students and prepare them for competitions.
- Organize school-level archery events, trials, and tournaments.
- Maintain archery equipment, bows, arrows, targets, and safety gear.




- Keep records of attendance, student progress, and competition results.
- Coordinate with the Physical Education Department and school administration.
- Educate students on sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and ethical conduct.
- Supervise students during competitions, camps, and practice sessions.
- Ensure proper storage and inventory of all archery equipment.

Skills Required

- Robust technical knowledge of archery.
- Excellent communication and student mentoring skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Good organizational and event management skills.
- Knowledge of competition rules and scoring systems.
- Strong commitment to safety and risk management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
