Job Overview
The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, responding to inquiries, explaining course offerings, and supporting enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with potential students.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries received through phone, website, social media, and other channels.
- Explain course details, fee structures, batch schedules, career opportunities, and ongoing offers.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates and nurture leads effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions,
and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion and calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
