Desired Candidate Profile, Responsibilities and Duties:

1) Study and understand customer requirements based on enquiries received through sales team/emails/tenders, etc

2) Recommend the right product to the customer.

3) make technical/tender specification sheet to be shared with the team

4) Prepare IQ/OQ document

5) Address technical/product related queries or clarifications of the customer/sales team

6) Technical specification comparison sheet

7) Interact with Principal for technical/product specific information/quotation

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

qualification: Preferably a science graduate with good computer knowledge[Excel, MS Office , etc.,]. Good to have advanced excel knowledge with experience in V-lookup and Pivot table etc.

Good command over English language is a must ,CRM soft ware knowledge is necessary.
