Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery collections, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Assist customers with product selection, billing, and after-sales support.
- Ensure attractive product displays and maintain showroom presentation standards.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures,



and quality standards.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
