- Technical Tools Expertise
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow Change Incident Request modules
- Working knowledge of JIRA
- Hands on experience MS Project
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience in patch management release coordination and environment lifecycle management

- Ability to manage high volume coordination activities under tight timelines
- Proven capability to handle triage calls and critical production scenarios
