Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive hotel revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and promotions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record in revenue generation and client handling
- Knowledge of OTA platforms and corporate sales is an added advantage
