5+ years’ experience in HR
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Robust knowledge of hiring processes
Evaluate the staff
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Can able to do the salary process
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Familiarity with MS Office suite
Excellent communication skills
Languages Fluent in English/Hindi/Tamil
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
