Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring of ATM sites

Handling inbound and outbound that include calls formaintenance, ATM updates /custodians/Vendors other calls from FLM/SLM

Co-ordination with different departments (/_/_/vendors)

Handling the escalation from_/sources and maintain a relationship with all the

-
Providing online technical support field engineers and Electrician

FLM and SLM Follow & Alert handling/Escalation handling

Incident Management & Logging Complaints

Ensuring minimum ATM downtimewith ATM Hardware / / Power

Job Profile:

Monitoring of ATMs asas Coordinating with ATMfor FLM, SLM

Maintain the track forpriority issues,



Co-ordinate with Coordinators, area managers and for resolution

Authenticate the dependency fortime of ATMs andclosely to make ATM on priority

Escalate high TAT calls internal stakeholders

Handle interactions on phone well as on mailstipulated period

Experience and Education Background:

2-5 years preferably from Industry
