Location: Sector 62, Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen our corporate partnerships and placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential employers for internship and full-time roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and corporate decision-makers.
- Identify job opportunities through company visits, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals, and corporate relationship building to support learner placements.

Required Skills:

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of recruitment and corporate hiring processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheets
- Solid follow-up and business development skills.
- Educational Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- MBA (Marketing/HR)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
