Team Leader – Client Associates

Experience

5–10 years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Banking Operations, Relationship Management, or Financial Services.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership

- Lead and mentor a team of Client Associates.
- Build a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Coach team members to achieve exceptional performance.
- Develop future team leaders.

Client Experience

- Resolve critical client escalations.
- Improve turnaround times and service quality.
- Maintain high client satisfaction standards.

Operational Excellence

- Design and improve client servicing processes.
- Ensure seamless coordination across Financial Planning, Tax, Estate Planning, Compliance, Operations, and Business Solutions.
- Drive process automation wherever possible.

Compliance & Governance





- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and process discipline.

Preferred Background

- Financial Advisory
- Retail or Corporate Banking
- Insurance (HNI/UHNI segment)

Professional certifications such as NISM, CFP, MBA, CA Inter, CFA (Level I or above), or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Success in This Role

Within the first year, you will be expected to:

- Improve client service quality and turnaround times.
- Build a high-performing Client Associate team.
- Reduce escalations through proactive service.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements.

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
