Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Video Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end video production for our brand. This role is responsible for planning and executing high-quality video content across platforms, ensuring consistency, strong storytelling, and technical excellence. You’ll collaborate with marketing and business teams, manage the video content lifecycle, stay ahead of industry trends, and continuously improve editing workflows to deliver impactful video marketing at scale.

- Edit and convert raw video footage, add music, graphics, sound effects, and visual effects.
- Implement effective storytelling techniques and develop rough and final cuts.
- Manage colour correction, formatting, codecs, and ensure high technical video delivery.
- Develop strategy, manage budgets, source scripts/ideas, and oversee the entire video content lifecycle for the organisation.
- Work with stakeholders, business heads, marketing teams, and other team members for smooth execution of calendar.
- Stay aware and updated with recent software, video producing techniques, and video creation trends.
