As an Operations Executive, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes superhero making sure our events run smoothly. From coordinating logistics to helping the team rock every event, you’ll get hands-on experience in how world-class B2B events are made.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Event Ninja Moves: Help set up venues, coordinate transport & stay arrangements, and make sure everything is picture-perfect. ️
- Vendor Whisperer: Build awesome relationships with vendors and make sure everyone’s on the same page.
- Money Smart: Assist in keeping event budgets on track without breaking a sweat.
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to make events unforgettable.
- On-the-Ground Hero: Be the go-to person during events – solve problems, keep things smooth, and save the day! ‍ ️
- Post-Event Detective:



Gather feedback, spot what worked, and help make the next event even better. ️‍ ️

Who You Are

- A fresh graduate (or a go-getter with 0–1 year experience) in Business, Management, Event Management, or anything that makes you curious about the business world.
- Super organized, proactive, and ready to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. ️
- A great communicator – because you’ll be talking to vendors, team members, and event attendees.
- Tech-savvy enough to handle MS Office, Google Sheets, and maybe a few cool tools.
Full of energy, positivity, and ready to dive into the fast-paced world of events.
