Senior Video Editor (AI + Motion Graphics)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor who is passionate about storytelling and can produce high-quality long-form videos, YouTube content, reels, and social media videos. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AI-powered editing tools, motion graphics, and cinematic editing while maintaining a fast turnaround without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality long-form YouTube videos, documentaries, podcasts, and promotional films.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and social media content.
- Use AI-powered video editing tools to improve workflow, generate visuals, subtitles, voice enhancements, object removal, and automate repetitive editing tasks.
- Design professional motion graphics, title animations, lower thirds, and visual effects.
- Perform advanced color correction, color grading, audio cleanup, and sound design.
- Collaborate closely with the content, social media, and creative teams to develop compelling visual stories.
- Organize project files and maintain an efficient post-production workflow.
- Ensure all videos meet high creative and technical quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, AI tools, transitions, and social media content styles.
- Be willing to travel with the team for outdoor shoots, events, festivals, and documentary projects, and deliver quick edits whenever required.

Required Skills

- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects




- Excellent Motion Graphics skills
- Experience with AI Video Editing Tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Descript, Topaz Video AI, ElevenLabs, Kling, Veo, or similar)
- Good understanding of cinematography, pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Audio editing and mixing
- Color grading using Lumetri or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience editing viral social media content.
- Understanding of YouTube audience retention and storytelling techniques.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Experience working with DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema camera footage.
- Passion for creative storytelling and continuous learning.
