Junior Frappe Python Developer | ERPNext | 1 Year Experience

About the Role We're looking for a motivated Junior Frappe Python Developer to join our team and help build, customize, and maintain ERP solutions on the Frappe Framework and ERPNext. If you have a year of hands-on Frappe/ERPNext experience and love solving real business problems with clean code, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Develop and customize applications using Frappe Framework and ERPNext
- Create and configure DocTypes, Custom Fields, Workflows, Reports, Print Formats, and Dashboards
- Write Server Scripts and Client Scripts to meet business requirements
- Build and consume REST APIs for third-party integrations
- Write clean, effective, maintainable Python code
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve application issues
- Work with MariaDB/MySQL for data management and reporting
- Support application deployment and maintenance using Bench on Linux servers
- Collaborate with senior developers and business teams to deliver quality solutions on time
- Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews

What You'll Need

- 1 year of experience with Python and the Frappe Framework




- Basic experience customizing ERPNext
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jinja Templates
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Basic knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL
- Familiarity with Git version control
- Basic Linux and Bench CLI knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Nice to Have

- Experience with ERPNext modules like Sales, Purchase, CRM, HR, Inventory, or Accounting
- Exposure to custom reports, print formats, and workflow design
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Docker or cloud deployment
