Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Sourcing & Screening: Use skilled networks, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to find and evaluate qualified candidates.Offer Management: Negotiate terms of employment, coordinate job offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate recruitment databases and ensure all hiring practices comply with labor legislation and regulations.Reporting: Track and analyze staffing metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize recruiting performance.
Pay: ₹18,090.64 - ₹52,475.32 per month
