- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions/services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain client data, follow-up schedules, and updates in CRM or tracking tools.
- Assist in onboarding recent clients and guiding them through processes.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and share reports on client interactions, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Support sales/BD team in upselling or cross-selling company services.
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,409.52 per month
