Metalex Steel Strips Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Accounts Assistants for two different locations in Bengaluru. We are looking for responsible, detail-oriented candidates with hands-on accounting experience.

Vacancy 1 – Jigani Location

Location:
Jigani – Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru

Vacancy 2 – Kalasipalyam Location

Location:
Kalasipalyam Market,
Kalasipalyam New Extension,
Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560002

Key Responsibilities (Both Locations)

- Assisting in billing and customer invoicing
- Maintaining books of accounts and daily bookkeeping
- Tally data entry and voucher posting
- E-way bill generation and documentation
- Purchase and sales entry maintenance
- Salary preparation and payroll support
- Employee coordination for attendance and salary records
- Assisting in GST documentation and compliance




- Bank reconciliation and petty cash handling
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualification & Skills Required

- B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (Manufacturing / Trading preferred)
- Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST and E-way bill procedures
- Strong accuracy and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
