About the Role

GoGeo Holidays is looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to strengthen our online presence and drive customer engagement. If you're passionate about travel, enjoy creating engaging content, and have expertise in Meta Ads, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

Plan, create, and publish at least one high-quality post daily across Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Develop engaging content including images, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives.

Reels & Video Production

Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging Reels and short-form videos.

Coordinate with the team to capture travel experiences, customer testimonials, destination highlights, and promotional content.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content formats.

Influencer & Collaboration Management

Identify and collaborate with travel influencers, content creators, and brand partners.

Manage influencer campaigns and measure their effectiveness.

Meta Advertising

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and improve lead generation through continuous optimization.

Track ROI and prepare campaign performance reports.





Social Media Management

Manage all company social media accounts.

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and direct messages.

Maintain consistent brand communication across all platforms.

Performance & Growth

Monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth.

Suggest and implement innovative marketing ideas to improve brand visibility.

Analyze competitor activities and industry trends.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator.

Hands-on experience with Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads Manager.

Robust knowledge of Instagram and Facebook growth strategies.

Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Pro.

Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are an added advantage.

Excellent communication, creativity, and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Passion for travel and tourism is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Portfolio showcasing social media pages, campaigns, or content created.

Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
