Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Research
Research potential creators, agencies, brands, and partners (India & International markets).
Identify new opportunities across gaming, content, and creator ecosystems.
Maintain structured lead databases and market insights.

2. Outreach & Communication
Assist in reaching out to creators, agencies, and partners via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Support initial conversations, follow-ups, and coordination calls.
Represent Glitchover professionally in written and verbal communication.

3. Business Development Support
Help with onboarding creators and partners onto the platform.
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and partnership documents.
Support negotiation discussions under guidance.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, International Business, or related fields.

2. Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).

3. Comfortable with research, outreach, and conversations.

4. Interest in gaming, creators, startups, or digital platforms is a big plus.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
