Job Context & Major Challenges

- To prepare Monthly Accounts on time.

- Compliance to all Statutory requirements.

- To monitor all Commercial activity e.g. Costing , Bill Passing , Time Office, Cash & Bank, Finance which includes preparation of Balance Sheet, Customer Accounting, FBT etc.

- In charge of various MIS like Product Profitability, Cost Report etc.

- Preparing Project Feasibility Study.

- Looking after the administrative issues of the department.

- Member of the Purchase Negotiation Committee.

- Monitoring the WCM & Six Sigma related activity of the department.

- Preparing the Plan & Budget of the Unit.

- Supervising all audits like Statutory Audits, Internal Audit etc.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCE

- Ensure statutory compliance of Recycling plant in areas like Service Tax, TDS etc.

PLANNING & BUDGETING

- Prepare P&B; as per Corporate guideline.

- Ensure the expenses are within P&B; and highlight the deviation promptly to help the management for taking corrective action.

ACCOUNTS & FINANCE

- Adhere to the Corporate policies & guidelines in preparing monthly accounts.





- Implement the changes made in budgets and complying to various accounting standards.

- Monitoring the bill passing and vendor payment activity of Recycling plant and to ensure compliance to the terms & conditions laid down in the purchase order.

- Preparing and furnishing various MIS on time to the management.

- Carry out various analysis in order to help management to take strategic decision.

- Ensure that statutory & internal audit is carried out as per schedule.

- Participate and coordinate the quarterly inventory taking activity of the plant.

- Implement appropriate control procedure to safeguard the assets of the company.

- Monitor fund management and prepare cash flow statement of the main plant with focus on working capital management.

- Supervise Stores accounting of the main plant and administer appropriate control in the area to safeguard the interest of the Organisation.

WCM & SIX SIGMA

- Participate in various WCM activities and contribute towards plant as well as Organisation¿s goal of maintaining world class manufacturing workplace.

- Participate in various Six Sigma projects and contribute towards developmental activities.

PURCHASE NEGOTIATION

- To participate in purchase negotiation and take care of commercial aspects in order to obtain the best deal in line with the interest of the company.
