About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Associate to manage and optimize our online store operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, product management, website merchandising, and online customer experience. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our online business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings across the different websites and marketplaces.
- Upload new products, update product information, pricing, inventory, and images.
- Ensure product descriptions, specifications, and content are accurate and SEO-friendly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Maintain website merchandising by organizing collections, banners, and featured products.
- Coordinate with the creative team for product images, creatives, and promotional assets.
- Execute website updates for sales, offers, festive campaigns, and product launches.




- Monitor order flow and coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
- Track website performance metrics such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), traffic, and sales.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns, coupons, and landing pages are live and functioning correctly.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–1.6 years of experience in E-commerce, D2C, or Marketplace Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
