HR Recruiter Intern

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who wish to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in campus hiring and internship drives.




- Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
- Help build employer branding through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
