- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly team sales targets.
- Improve conversion rate from leads to confirmed sales.
- Track individual performance and close target gaps.
- Ensure agents meet daily calling, talk-time and follow-up targets.
- Maintain proper attendance, punctuality and shift adherence.
- Distribute leads fairly and monitor lead utilization.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, hot leads and renewals.
- Prevent lead leakage, duplication and unnecessary closures.
- Review pending and ageing leads daily.
- Monitor calls regularly and provide structured feedback.
- Ensure accurate product information and ethical selling.
- Maintain required call-quality and compliance scores.
- Prevent mis-selling or false commitments to customers
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
