Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit client RA bills, final bills, and milestone-based invoices.
- Verify work quantities based on BOQs, drawings, and site measurements.
- Prepare and certify subcontractor bills.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, and consultants for billing approvals.
- Track billing status, outstanding payments, and receivables.
- Reconcile quantities, materials, and costs with project records.
- Prepare MIS reports, billing forecasts, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing procedures.
- Maintain complete documentation related to billing and project records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a related engineering discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in billing engineering, quantity surveying, or project billing.




- Solid knowledge of BOQs, estimation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
- Experience with RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and contract documents.
