Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential clients, market segments, and business opportunities in the ocean technology sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and regular engagement.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with prospective clients to secure new business contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the technology or environmental sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Passion for the ocean and environmental conservation is a plus.
