Job Summary:

A Site Engineer is responsible for managing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards. They act as a link between design teams, contractors, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage materials, equipment, and workforce efficiently
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Maintain proper documentation (drawings, reports, permits, etc.)

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in construction/site engineering (varies by role level)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills




- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is a plus
