About the Job:

As a Creative Director, you'll be responsible for steering our creative vision, leading a talented team of creatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative design solutions across various mediums for the international markets.

Job Description: -

Lead the creative vision of the Company, its associated brands, and products across the target market in all mediums—print, video, digital, web, etc.

· Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers, artists, copywriters, and other creatives.

· Project Direction: Provide direction and guidance throughout all stages of project development, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client or company expectations.

- Work cross-functionally with key company stakeholders to provide strategic thinking as it relates to the expression of Distillery Company, its associated brands, and products.

- Concept and produce critical projects and campaigns across the portfolio.

- Oversee the creative/design work of the Global Design team and provide feedback/direction as necessary.

- Help develop brand standards for the graphics and marketing departments.





- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all projects and platforms.

- Direct the creative team in the production of print and digital deliverables.

- Oversee daily workflows and assess project workloads of team members.

- Communicate with clients to ensure expectations and deadlines are met.

Manage project deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements

· 5 years of experience as an art director or creative director.

· 3 years within an agency environment.

· Experience in marketing for Alcoholic beverages will be a plus.

· Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative design, and innovative solutions across various mediums.

· Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

· Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools - video and static

· Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field (master’s preferred).
